The main, heavily loaded units are the support springs, bearing units, unbalance rollers. Monitor the condition of the bearings, regularly check their heating, adjust and lubricate them. Due to vibration, all fasteners can weaken and fail: pay special attention to their condition.

When working with a deep vibrator with an electric motor, it is necessary to provide protection against electric shock, to monitor the state of the network, cables and electrical equipment. The speed of rotation of the power source may be low 3000 rpm. Operation at a speed higher than the set speed may damage the flexible axle or disrupt equipment operation.
