Sometimes in the process of transforming a home, it seems to us that everything is going fine, and when we begin to settle in a new nest, it turns out that there is a mistake, there is a flaw, here we have not thought through something. We have prepared for you a list of 10 errors that can be made when repairing a bathroom. Think of it as answers to questions before the exam.
Popular wisdom says: there are not so many outlets. There are cases when people forget about sockets in the bathroom, make them small (only for a washing machine) or just think that they don’t need them, and then wonder how to blow-dry your hair, shave with an electric razor or where to charge an electric toothbrush? To avoid such questions, make at least two sockets.

Этот пункт актуален как для ванной комнаты, так и для туалета. К сожалению, в старых домах звукоизоляция и вытяжка оставляют желать лучшего. Позаботьтесь о том, чтобы сразу установить принудительную вытяжку, которая начинает работать при включении света (для туалета) или при нажатии кнопки (для ванной). Вытяжка в ванной поможет комнате быстрее «остывать» и проветриваться.
К этому пункту относятся размеры чего угодно: душевой кабины, двери (она может быть такой узкой, что стиральная машинка не пройдет), техники. Хозяйка однушки в Марьино сетует на самостоятельную перепланировку:
Мы делали перепланировку санузлов, и, к сожалению, не учли размер стиральной машинки при постройке стен в ванной. Из-за того, что недостаточно места, машинка сильно выпирает. Конечно, можно было взять совсем "малышку", но мы на это не решились: все-таки лучше постирать один раз вместо трех.
Помимо потолочного освещения ванная комната нуждается в местных источниках света, как минимум у зеркала. Выбирайте теплое освещение: во-первых, оно льстит внешности, во-вторых, кажется, что в ванной теплее, чем есть на самом деле. И, конечно, из соображений уюта.
Ванная комната — это довольно травмоопасное место: можно упасть как в самой ванне, так и на гладком мокром полу. Либо не стоит выбирать глянцевые поверхности для облицовки пола, либо, если уж ваше сердце неровно дышит ко гладкому керамограниту, постелите поверх него мягкий коврик, который поможет вам твердо стоять на ногах.
Очень часто, делая ремонт, мы руководствуемся мыслью: «Ах, как же будет красиво!» и напрочь забываем о том, что надо где-то хранить шампуни, крема, полотенца, бытовую химию и мало ли что еще! Об организации мест для хранения стоит подумать заранее. Во-первых, вы сможете выбрать какую-то мебель (например, раковину) уже со встроенными ящиками, во-вторых, по окончании ремонта вас не будет ожидать ситуация, что некуда повесить фен или некуда положить запасные гели для душа. Это история из моей личной практики. Год назад мы решили поменять одну душевую кабину на другую. Кабину выбирал папа (он у меня мужчина не худой), и он совсем не подумал о том, что дверцы прямоугольной кабины должны открываться посередине, так как в нашей маленькой ванной с одной стороны вплотную стоит раковина, а с другой — стиральная машина. Он же купил кабину, дверца которой открывается сбоку и сдвигается полностью на другую половину. В итоге папа еле-еле протискивается в зазор между раковиной и дверцей душевой. Что ж, кто виноват?
Ремонт в кухне вызывает почти столько же затруднений, сколько и ремонт в ванной комнате, если не больше. Нужно предусмотреть десятки мелочей, определиться со стилем, с местами хранения, с самим кухонным гарнитуром и со множеством других вопросов. Мы решили собрать воедино самые распространенные ошибки, которые совершают люди при ремонте на кухне, и надеемся, что этот список будет вам чем-то полезен и поможет избежать стресса, а также лишних трат и огорчений в будущем. Итак, какие же 10 ошибок допускаются чаще всего?
Вот что на этот счет думает дизайнер Елена Остапова, которая рассказывала нам о том,как сделать кухню правильно.
Между раковиной и плитой всегда должно быть расстояние, минимум 60 см. Также необходимо предусмотреть еще минимум 60 см. свободной поверхности для раздачи и сервировки блюд. Всегда выстраивайте производственную цепочку: помыла продукт — разделала, нашинковала — поставила на тепловую обработку — вынула и готовишь к подаче. Это сократит и время готовки, и количество ваших лишних движений по кухне. Запомните последовательность: раковина, рабочее пространство, плита, еще пространство.
А еще помните, что плита не должна соседствовать с холодильником.
Особенно это актуально, если речь идет о встроенной технике. Слишком высокое или низкое расположение кофе-машины, духового шкафа или посудомоечной машины может быть крайне неудобным. Старайтесь размещать технику на уровне пояса и исходите из среднего роста проживающих в квартире. Советуем прежде, чем принимать решение о размещении техники, пройтись по стендам в магазине и прикинуть на реальных примерах, какая высота будет для вас самой удобной.
Готовя этот материал, я просмотрела немало снимков встроенной бытовой техники и выбрала два примера в качестве иллюстраций. Так как мой рост не слишком большой, для меня встроенная техника, как на красной кухне ниже, была бы ошибочной. Боюсь, мне пришлось бы вставать на цыпочки, чтобы достать блюда из микроволновки, что с моей прирожденной грацией заставляло бы еду периодически падать и летать по кухне.
На фото ниже расположение техники идеально для меня. Можно увидеть происходящее и в духовке, и в микроволновой печи, а, согласитесь, иногда достаточно взгляда и снаружи, чтобы понять, готово блюдо или нет.
Кухня — это то место, где на пол может упасть не только волосинка с головы, но и кастрюля, посуда и даже мелкая бытовая техника (и не такое бывает!). Если в доме есть дети или у кого-то из членов семьи плохо развит хватательный рефлекс, то не стоит делать деревянные полы или ламинат в кухне. Такие поверхности вряд ли смогут сохранять свой изначальный вид слишком долго. На собственном примере скажу, что глянцевая светлая плитка (и очень темная тоже) — это ошибка... Во-первых, скользко, во-вторых, видна любая грязь, в-третьих, сколы очень заметны. И ничего с этим не поделать!
Кстати, я не раз слышала от хозяек, к которым езжу в гости на репортажи, о том, что шершавая плитка на полу — это наказание, так как мыть ее очень сложно.
Чтобы по вечерам вас не мучило ощущение, что вы готовите где-то в подземелье, подумайте заранее о разных сценариях освещения: вдоль кухонного гарнитура, над верхними шкафчиками, над обеденной зоной. Света много не бывает!
Ни одна комната в доме не нуждается в таком количестве розеток, как кухня! Сами посчитайте, для чего нужны розетки: чайник, холодильник, плита, микроволновая печь, посудомоечная машина, комбайн (мясорубка), кофемашина, тостер, мультиварка... Список можно продолжать и продолжать. Вам стоит посчитать всю технику, которой вы пользуетесь и добавить к этому числу еще пару розеток на всякий случай. Наш совет: делайте не менее 8 розеток на кухне. Точно не ошибетесь.
Еще одна проблема хозяек в том, что техники с годами становится все больше (ну как нам жить без вафельницы или модного нынче миксера KitchenAid?), а места на кухне вряд ли становится больше. Если вы не планируете выставлять технику вдоль столешницы или на подоконник, нужно продумать ящики внутри. Причем, заметьте, выдвижные механизмы ящиков хоть и дороже, зато намного практичнее. Истории обычных людей убеждают, что в обычных ящиках дальнее пространство становится «черной дырой», куда никто не суется...
На личном опыте хочу посоветовать вам отказаться от хранения мелкой бытовой техники на верхних ящиках кухонного гарнитура. На меня уже не единожды сваливался электрический открыватель банок (странная, но очень удобная штука!), а все потому, что его провода за что-то цеплялись и запускали цепную реакцию.
Люди, выбравшие натуральный мрамор в качестве материала для столешницы или даже для полов, в один голос заявляют, что это очень капризный материал, который впитывает грязь навсегда.
Фартук на кухне — это место, подверженное загрязнениям и воздействию тепла больше всего, поэтому к его отделке стоит подойти с особым вниманием. Не стоит клеить на фартук обои (если все же хотите это сделать, то сверху стоит установить панель из закаленного стекла). Красить фартук обычной краской рядом с плитой тоже не советуем, так как она будет мгновенно облепляться. Краску аналогично стоит защитить возле плиты, как это сделала дизайнер Мария Колесникова в своей квартире в Бутово.
Они в общем-то могут и не быть проблемой, в том случае, если такая ручка не находится у шкафа, расположенного рядом со стенкой. Возможна ситуация, в которой ручка будет упираться в стену и не давать вам полностью открыть шкаф. А еще об острые и выступающие ручки часто бьются бедрами во время быстрых передвижений, что тоже неприятно.
Этот пункт мог бы быть даже смешным, если бы не был таким грустным. Некоторые люди, которые самостоятельно занимаются ремонтом на кухне, делают теплые полы по всему периметру и только потом понимают, что под кухонным гарнитуром и особенно холодильником их быть не должно. Думайте о том, как будет располагаться мебель заранее и не переусердствуйте с теплыми полами.
Зачастую в современных квартирах просторных коридоров не бывает. И все свободное пространство ограничивается парой-тройкой квадратных метров возле входной двери. И многие предпочитают делать ремонт в коридоре, дабы исправить ситуацию. Как расширить пространство и не допустить ошибок?
Первая наиболее популярная ошибка – выбор непрактичных материалов . Коридор – это место, где обязательно что-то может отпечататься на стене, остаться на полу, особенно, когда в доме имеются маленькие дети, возвращающиеся домой с улицы перепачканными и пачкающими все. Дизайнеры советуют выбирать для оформления коридора наиболее практичные материалы, которые, во-первых, легко отмываются и могут вытерпеть достаточное количество чисток. А, во-вторых, обладают износостойкостью.
Вторая ошибка – отсутствие тумбы для обуви . Когда семья большая, в прихожей традиционно скапливается немало пар обуви, мешающей свободному проходу и захламляющей помещение. Если страдаете от подобной проблемы и не приобрели тумбу для обуви, смело отправляйтесь в магазин. Поверьте, наличие обувницы моментально заставит прихожую выглядеть аккуратнее.
Третья ошибка – использование стандартных цветов при оформлении прихожей. Если уж решили делать ремонт коридора, придайте ему максимум цвета. Если подобное решение кажется слишком смелым, используйте цвет не глобально, а локально – акцентируя определенные зоны коридора.
Четвертая ошибка – отказ от соблюдения определенного стиля . Многие с самого начала воспринимают прихожую неправильно. Им кажется, что коридор может и не иметь собственного стиля, особенно, если он небольшой. На самом деле, совершенно наоборот. Коридор – визитная карточка квартиры, его первым видят гости, приходящие в дом. А это значит, что у прихожей должен быть собственный стиль. И идеально, если он полностью соответствует стилю квартиры.
Еще популярная ошибка – выбор неправильной мебели для хранения. Наиболее непрактичный вариант – установка огромного шкафа-купе, когда прихожая маленькая. Таким образом Вы буквально загромождаете небольшое пространство. Целесообразно приобрести компактный, но вместительный шкаф, несколько полок и крючки на стену.
Ошибка номер шесть – отсутствие правильного освещения . Если прихожая темная, она уменьшается в размерах. Потому стоит хорошенько продумать освещение, желательно до начала ремонта коридора.
И заключительная ошибка – коридор без декора. Путь прихожая и должна быть максимально функциональной, не делайте ее пресной. Минимум декоративных элементов быть должен.

2 ошибка. Перенос батареи на балкон. Выводить трубы для батареи за внешнюю стену здания запрещено. Теплопотери на балконе слишком велики, трубы могут промерзать и провоцировать аварии. Для эффективного обогрева балкона подойдут электрорадиаторы или система теплый пол.
