Everyone loves home plants! Well, yes, everything! What, you - a serious man, and do not tolerate ottomans, cats, ryushechek-flowers and stuff? But you love yourself? So, love home plants too. I'll explain now.
Modern "city people" are cut off from nature. Cut off and stretch to the plant and animal world, sometimes unconsciously. And this is manifested not only in the planned departure for the May holidays "on a kebab" and not only in the campaign with the child to the zoo "to see the little animals."
Practically in any dwelling there are live plants. They make the apartment cozy and harmonious, give the interior completeness and individuality. However, it is necessary to use such an element of the interior wisely, and plants should be arranged, having carefully thought out all the nuances.
Do not force the premises of plants so that it turns into a greenhouse. Remember that not all indoor plants are compatible with each other, not everyone can grow normally without sunlight or heat, and most importantly, it should be remembered that plants, like all living creatures, breathe oxygen. This means that a huge amount of greens can consume a sufficiently large amount of oxygen, which may not be enough for people who are constantly in this room during sleep or rest. For this reason, it is recommended to abandon indoor plants in the bedroom and nursery.
Plants of different shapes can visually change the room. For example, a flower with leaves hanging down, reinforced on a wall, visually underestimates the ceiling in the room. A plant with high leaves, standing on the floor, on the contrary, visually increases the height of the ceiling. Large plants are suitable only for large rooms, and for small rooms it is better to choose small plants in small pots.
Flowering indoor plants is better to choose by color. Well, if the flowers will be in harmony with the color of curtains, bedspreads, wallpaper, carpets, furniture. For the living room and kitchen, you can choose contrasting colors - blue and yellow, red and white, blue and white. For living rooms it is better to opt for similar in color copies - yellow and orange, red and pink, blue and blue.
Plants should be selected individually for each room. Most flowering plants like light, so they can be put only in those rooms where the sun's rays linger longer. Shade plants can grow on the north side, where there is little light, or outside the window - on the walls, in the corners opposite to the window.
For placement on the north window, you can buy kalanchoe, cypress, monstera, ivy and other shade-tolerant plants. Only on the south side is it better to place cacti, aloe, citrus, coffee tree. For the western window, you can use fuchsia, eucalyptus, begonia, anthurium, tradescantia, and for the eastern window - ficus, violet, asparagus, myrtle.
Each plant has its own special energy, which in its own way affects the human condition. It is believed that plants, stretching upward, are able to activate positive forces. These are plants such as geranium, begonia, violet, ficus, citrus trees and others. Plants growing down (vines, ivy, tradescantia) absorb negative energy and reduce the electromagnetic field in close proximity to themselves. Geranium, azalea and begonia develop a sense of humor and relieve aggression.
