The mounting elements of industrial buildings with steel frames are columns, crane beams, subrafter and roof trusses, half-timbered elements, connections, steel profiled flooring.

Overall dimensions of the constructions sent to the construction sites depend on the conditions of transportation. Often the mass of the structure is less than the lifting capacity of the mounting crane and before mounting the structure is enlarged. This allows you to reduce the number of crane lifts, and thus speed up installation. When assembling the enlarged structures, the main thing is achieved - reduction of working time at height, more efficient use of mounting equipment and improvement of working conditions.

Steel structures come from the manufacturers of parts (shipping marks). Building structures are divided into component parts if they are not placed on a railway platform or on specially equipped semi-trailers for towing vehicles. For the integration of steel structures in the installation blocks at the construction site equip sites of the pre-assembly in the construction warehouse or in the immediate vicinity of the installation zone.

Steel trusses, beams and columns, having assembly holes in the joints, fixing the mutual arrangement of parts of the enlarged elements, are assembled on the racks in a horizontal position using bolts and plugs, which fix the mutual position of the elements and prevent their displacement. If there are no assembly holes in the joints of the structures, then clamps are attached to the racks, which determine the main dimensions of the enlarged element. When the assembled structure has mounting holes at the junction points of the clamps, the holes also are drilled in the clamps and the structures are bolted to the clamps.

Steel crane beams for the extreme rows of columns are enlarged in a vertical position along with brake structures. Simultaneously with the pre-assembly, the structures are surrounded by ladders, cradles, and tensioning safety ropes. On the structure, attach the parts necessary for installation and assembly directly in the design position.

For single-storey buildings with a metal frame, complex installation is recommended, when columns, crane, under trusses and trusses are installed in a separate mounting cell, roof covering is laid down.
