  INSTALLATION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE AND CONCRETE STRUCTURES 4. Installation of beams, beams, trusses, floor slabs and coatings

Laying of the elements in the direction of the overlapped span should be carried out in compliance with the dimensions established by the design for their depth on the supporting structures or gaps between the mating elements.
The installation of elements in the transverse direction of the overlapped prop should be carried out:
- angels and annular (bonded) plates - combining the risks of the longitudinal axes of the installed elements with the risks of the axes of the columns on the supports;
-subcrane beams - combining the risks that fix the geometric axis of the upper belts of the beams, with the center axis;
- under trusses and roof trusses (beams) when supported by columns, and also truss trusses when supported by trunking trusses - combining risks fixing the geometric axes of lower trusses of trusses (beams), with risks of axes of columns in the upper section or with orientation risks at the support node subrafter farm;
-rafter trusses (beams), supported on walls - combining the risks that fix the geometric axes of the lower belts of the trusses (beams) with the risks of center axes on the supports.
In all cases, truss trusses (beams) should be installed in compliance with one-sided directionality of deviations from the straightness of their upper belts:
- slabs of overlap - according to the marking, which determines their design position on the supports and carried out after installation in the design position of the structures on which they are based (beams, crossbars, roof trusses, etc.);
- plating of coatings on trusses (rafter beams) - symmetrically relative to the centers of truss nodes (embedded products) along their upper belts.
Crossbars, intercolumn (bonded) plates, trusses (roof beams), slabs of coatings on trusses (beams) are laid dry on supporting surfaces of supporting structures.
Floor slabs must be laid on the mortar layer with a thickness of no more than 20 mm, combining the surfaces of adjacent slabs along the seam from the ceiling.
The use of non-project lining to align the position of the stacked elements on the marks without the consent of the project organization is not allowed.
Alignment of crane girders in height should be carried out on the highest mark in the span or on the support using steel sheet gaskets. In the case of a package of gaskets, they must be welded together, the package is welded to the base plate.
The installation of trusses and truss beams in a vertical plane should be performed by aligning their geometric axes on supports with respect to the vertical.
