Construction is associated with the consumption of a large number of material elements, which include:

■ construction materials produced at industrial enterprises or mined in quarries;

■ semi-finished products (concrete mix, mortars) prepared in the factory or directly at the construction site;

■ building structures, parts and products produced in the construction industry;

■ various types of products, materials, elements of equipment of buildings and structures, supplied by enterprises of various industries.

The manufacture of semi-finished products, parts and products mainly carried out at industrial enterprises. But depending on the characteristics of the construction site, semi-finished products and individual products can be made directly on the site, on the site, or in the workshop.

Construction norms and rules (SNiP), state standards (GOST and OST) and technical conditions (TU) DBN are the regulatory documents of compliance of materials and products supplied to the construction site. Products delivered to the construction site must be accompanied by a technical passport guaranteeing the appropriate properties. Product labeling is required for additional information - manufacturer of the product, date of manufacture, name and brand of the product.
