l) limiting the scope of construction of temporary buildings and structures due to the use for the construction of permanent buildings and structures, the use of mobile, container collapsible and inventory buildings, structures and

mechanized installations, typical devices and inventory, as well as reducing the number and storage area at the construction site, through the installation of structures directly from vehicles;

m) of priority construction as part of industrial facilities of permanent residential and medical-prophylactic institutions, for the purpose of their temporary use by builders;

m) compliance with the rules on industrial hygiene, labor protection, safety engineering, as well as the requirements for explosive, explosion and fire safety;

o) the implementation of measures for the protection of nature and the recultivation of agricultural land and forest land disturbed during the construction and installation works.

In the development of the POS and the outage should take into account the climatic features of construction, the requirements of contracts for enterprises created on the basis of complete imported equipment and other local and special conditions.

When developing POS and CPD for the northern regions, it is necessary to take into account: physiographic conditions (a longer cold period with low air temperatures and, therefore, the need to use machines and mechanisms in the "northern" version, permafrost soils, polar day and night, small natural illumination of the territory in winter, territorial disunity of construction and the need for a complete supply of building materials and structures from developed industrial centers, seasonality in the delivery of resources, the need to use specialized modes of transport, the need to increase the costs of household and household equipment to ensure normal living conditions and activities of people, etc.

Also, its features in construction are in the mountainous areas, in the areas of deserts and semi-deserts. All of them must be considered.

The choice of decision options in the development of the PIC and the outage should be made on the basis of feasibility studies. The main indicators used in the economic evaluation of design options are the cost of construction and installation works, determined by production calculations, the cost of fixed production assets and working capital of construction and installation organizations, construction time and labor intensity of construction and installation activities, as determined by the calendar plan.

The determination of the comparative economic efficiency of options is made by comparing the reduced costs.
