The execution of masonry is usually organized by one of two methods - inline-dissected and in-line (conveyor).
The flow-dismembered method is characterized by the fact that the hook is divided into plots attached to the links, and the links depending on the specificity of the masonry are “two”, “three”, “four” and “five”. The number of plots and their sizes are set depending on the labor intensity of the masonry and the replaceable production of the link. In the calculations, they proceed from the masonry during the change of the wall section along the entire length of the plot to the height of the tier. The height of the tier is accepted for walls with a thickness of up to 2.5 bricks in the range of 1.0 ... 1.2 m, for walls of 3 bricks -0.8 ... 0.9 m.
Link "two" carries out the laying of walls with a large number of openings with a thickness of 1.5 bricks. The link consists of a leading bricklayer, laying masters of rows, and auxiliary, laying out the material on the wall and making zabotku. A utility worker starts up, who spreads the mortar under the outer mile and lays the brick 2 ... 3 m forward, after which the main mason begins to work, laying the outer milestone row. Reaching the end of the plot, he moves to the laying of the inner mile, moving in the opposite direction. Reaching the end, he moves to the outer mile of the next row, and the cycle of work is repeated. In case of a multi-ligation system, there is a certain amount of sacking that the carer performs.
Table 12.1
The distribution of the volume of brickwork in the link
The composition of the link | Brick laying,% | Submission of bricks,% | Supply solution,% | |
"Two" | Bricklayer Maintenanceman | 85 15 | 100 | - 100 |
"Troika" | Mason 1st handler 2nd handler | 75 - 25 | - 50 50 | - 100 - |
The “troika” link should be used for walls of simple and medium complexity with a thickness of two bricks, with a small number of openings, but with a large number of zabotki. In such a link, the leading bricklayer lays out only the outer mile, one handmaker spreads the entire mortar on the wall and lays up to 50% of the brick, the second does the filling and also lays up to 50% of the brick for the main bricklayer on the wall.
The “four” link is used when laying in two bricks with a large number of openings, in laying with veneer, with a simple laying of 2.5 or more bricks. The masonry of the walls is led by two “two” links, while the leading masons carry out the laying of the outer and inner milestones, all auxiliary works are carried out by two auxiliary workers.
Link "five" is most effective when the wall thickness of 2.5 or more bricks with a small number of openings. The link is divided into three independent streams: the first mason lays the outer mile with a utility, at a distance of 2 ... 2.5 m behind him, the second mason with his auxiliary works on the inner mile, and, lagging behind at the same distance, another auxiliary lays the zabutka .
With the flow-ring method, the clutch is kept in a continuous flow, each link successively lays out one row of clutch. This method is advisable when constructing buildings with a small number of transverse walls and openings, with walls, characterized by simplicity of the configuration in terms of and not having complex architectural omitted, they are fixed with diagonal ties in a vertical position. Scaffolding does not require disassembly or assembly during operation.
