Reliability of waterproofing depends on the water resistance and other physical and mechanical properties of raw materials, the quality of waterproofing works, the constancy of the technological mode and operating conditions.
The insulated surface in the surface layer under the putty, painting, pasting and facing insulation should have a moisture content of up to 5%, sinks and gaps in the surface are not allowed, the clearance under the two-meter rail on a horizontal surface is not more than 5 mm, on the vertical surface to 10 mm.
Paint waterproofing should have at least two layers with intermediate drying at a layer thickness of about 2 mm, on the surface there should be no bubbles and swellings.
Bedding waterproofing does not allow peeling of rolled materials from the base, with a slow peeling of two adjacent layers of the coating, tearing can be only on the rolled material, bubbles and swelling are not allowed, the required adhesion should be guaranteed - when tapping with a wooden hammer on the finished coating the sound should not change.
For plastering waterproofing, the thickness of the individual layers of the coating is adjusted, it should be in the range of 6 ... 10 mm.
For metal insulation, the main requirement is the tightness of the joints, which is checked during testing by pneumatic pressure, which is 1.5 times higher than the working one.
For the clay castle the following regulatory requirements are established - the clay temperature is not lower than 15 ° C, the humidity is within 20 ... 30%, the thickness of one layer in the vertical plane is at least 10 cm.
