The project for the construction of an enterprise, building or structure is being developed by general contracting construction organizations. For certain types of general construction works, installation and specialized works, the PPR is developed by the organization performing these works.

For the construction of large objects, as well as objects erected in difficult geological and severe climatic conditions, the outage can be developed by order of general contracting and subcontracting construction organizations by organizational and technical constructions or design organizations. The development of the outage is made at the expense of overhead in construction.

Projects of work should be developed taking into account the plan of organizational and technical measures of the construction and installation organization, the current system of operational planning, management and accounting

construction production.

The baseline data for the outage are:

- summary estimate;

-POS;

- working documentation or working draft;

- task for the development of CPD, containing information about the volume and timing of development;

information about the timing and order of delivery of finished structures, products, semi-finished products, materials, equipment, the number and types of construction machinery and mechanisms to be used, as well as working personnel for the main professions;

Other information relating to the specifics of the production of construction, installation and special construction works.

The composition of the outage for enterprises, their individual queues, launch complexes, buildings and structures include:

1. a comprehensive network schedule or schedule of work, depending on the degree of complexity of the object, in which the sequence and deadlines for the work are determined on the basis of the physical volumes of construction and installation works, the need for labor resources as well as the preparation times for all types of equipment are determined.

2. Stroygenplan with the location of on-site permanent and temporary transport routes, water supply networks, sewage systems, electricity, heating, administrative, business and dispatch communications, installation cranes, mechanized installations, warehouses, temporary inventory buildings, structures and devices used for the needs of construction;

3. schedule of receipt on the object of building structures, parts, semi-finished products, materials and equipment;

4. schedule of the need for personnel on the object;

5. schedule of the need for basic construction vehicles for the object;

6. Routings for complex work performed by new methods, for other work - typical Routings tied to the object and local construction conditions, or flow charts with a description of the sequence and methods of work with the definition of time and cost

work, labor and material and machine requirements in stages for teams,

working on cost accounting.

The composition of the flow chart.

The map consists of drawings and an explanatory note. Put on drawings (2 sheets

f.A-1):

- the scheme of work (plan, section) with the elements of safety;

- calculation of labor costs (for ENiRu);

- schedule (shift or hourly) work;

- statement of the required machines, mechanisms, inventory, accessories, tools (indicating the brand, the number of the standard project, or the number of the GOST for the tools);

- statement of the need for material resources;

- schemes of operational quality control with indication of basic tolerances;

- instructions for the work (imperative);

- safety instructions.

Technological map is compiled on the amount of work on the capture. If the grab is not divided, then the volume of the object.

7. charts for placing signs for performing geodetic constructions and geodetic monitoring of structural positions, as well as instructions on the accuracy of geodetic measurements and a list of technical means for this;

8. occupational health and safety decisions that require design development (wall fixing, ground clearance, temporary fixation and reinforcement of structures, grounding device, etc.);

9. documentation for monitoring and assessing the quality of construction and installation works (guidelines for tolerances, operational quality control schemes, etc.)

10. arrangements for organizing the work of the brigade management methods and providing the brigades with the necessary materials, tools, accessories, devices and machines;

11. Explanatory note containing:

- justification of decisions on the production of works, including those carried out in winter;

- calculations of the need for electricity, water, steam, oxygen, compressed air, decisions on the device for temporary lighting of the construction site and workplaces with drawing up, if necessary, working drawings for connecting the networks to the object from power sources;

- a list of temporary (inventory) buildings and structures with a justification of the conditions for linking them to construction sites;

- measures to protect existing communications from damage;

- technical and economic indicators of decisions made in the CPD.

For particularly complex objects, and medium complexity in the composition of the outage should be developed integrated network graphics.

To monitor and assess the quality of construction and installation work, the work plan should include:

- instructions on tolerances in accordance with the requirements of the SNiP and working drawings;

- schemes of operational quality control of work performed;

- a list of required acts of examination of hidden works;

- instructions on the timing of quality control work with laboratory testing of materials, structural elements, temperature and humidity conditions, as well as on the procedure for testing individual units and engineering equipment systems.

Solutions for fire safety and explosion safety included in the outage must include a procedure for performing open fire works, requirements for the placement of combustible and explosive materials.

The following basic technical and economic indicators should be given in the outage:

- cost of construction and installation works;

- the cost of production assets and processing funds diverted to the construction of this object, construction time, labor intensity of construction and installation activities that characterize decisions made in the project (the proportion of manual labor costs, the level of mechanization of the main construction and installation works, labor costs per 1m or 1m of the building, generation and dr).

The outage is approved by the chief engineer of the contracting construction organization, a trust, a separate SMU or similar organizations, and the outage sections for installation and special works are the main engineers of the respective subcontractors in agreement with the general contractor.

Approved PPR should be transferred to the construction site 2 months before the start of work.

The approval of the outage should be preceded by consideration of its technical (techno-economic) council of the construction organization with the involvement of performers - foremen, foremen.
