Construction by block method.

Among the promising industrial methods of construction is a method involving the dismemberment of individual erected objects into bulk modules. With this method of organizing construction, a building or structure is erected from separate spatial structures - prefabricated units. As a rule, the production and testing of structural units takes place at manufacturers, and of construction and technological blocks, blocks of engineering networks and technological pipelines - at assembly and assembly plants and bases of the construction industry of construction and installation organizations. The order of delivery of blocks from the manufacturers, assembly and packaging bases to the place of their installation in the design position is determined by the technological sequence of the construction of the object, provided for in the construction organization project (POS) and the production design work (CPD).

By appointment, the following buildings and structures are recommended for construction in a complete-block design: boiler rooms, boiler rooms, heat points, transformer substations, diesel power stations, compressor stations, warehouses, temporary buildings and structures at the construction site, etc.
