As a rule, in the composition of any large construction, it is possible to distinguish technically separate units (administrative building, a complex of water treatment plants, main production shops, etc.). Within the boundaries of the selected nodes, construction and installation processes are performed, ensuring their readiness for commissioning and commissioning. This allocation is the essence of the key method of organizing construction, which allows you to maximally combine construction and installation processes and organize their implementation by the flow method. When dividing an object into nodes, the following requirements should be considered:
· Constructive completeness allocated in the node parts of the construction and ensuring its spatial stability;
· The completeness of a separate technological cycle provided by this node in the overall technological process of the object being built;
· The possibility of autonomous testing and commissioning of individual technological lines and installations;
· The possibility of creating conditions for continuous construction and accelerated opening of subsequent fronts of work for related construction and installation organizations;
· The expediency of fixing the host (head) contractor on the site with the prevailing volume of construction and installation works;
· The need for full completion of construction and installation work on a particular node by the relevant units before moving them to other nodes.
