1. Topographic and geodetic plans of scales 1: 500, 1: 1000, can be 1: 5000; mine attachment
2. Geotechnical
3. Hydrogeological - artesian well drilling
4. Hydrological - the study of the surface water regime of rivers, lakes
5. Climatological surveys
Organization of survey work
Survey work carried out by licensed organizations. The research processes themselves are divided into:
1. Preparatory period
2. Field period
3. The cameral period
Surveys are conducted by detachments, parties, expeditions. The teams are complex: there are engineers, topographers, and geologists.
Before you go on a survey, you must obtain permission to carry out the work. The permit is issued by the chief architect of the area where survey work is planned. When issuing a permit, they expose requirements: to submit the original tablets to the department of architecture. If surveys are conducted in the taiga, a forested place must be issued a felling ticket. In the management of geodesy and cartography get the coordinates of strong points (triangulation).
Works in the project organization
The source data for the compilation of PIC for estimates:
- overhead
- other expenses and expenses
After that, it is already possible to develop the design and estimate documentation:
§ the architectural part, engineering networks, simultaneously with the architectural part, the whole “vnutryanka” is being developed
§ if there are premises (buildings) to be demolished for them, it is necessary to develop a project management project
§ environmental protection measures
§ development of measures to prevent emergency
§ estimates
§ definition of TEC - investment performance
Documentation is developed in five copies, incl. one archive (and all calculations). The customer must give two copies to the contracting organization for consideration. She checks the accuracy of the amount of work and estimates.
Coordination with the state. services
When issued technical conditions of state. service, these bodies are insured and write the necessary consent again.
If the document does not comply with the regulations a bit, then coordination with the organization that developed the regulations is necessary. Coordination with environmentalists is needed, two volumes are provided - monitoring and prevention measures. There may be more expertise of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
With all the comments, the documentation is submitted for an off-site examination.
According to the new Town Planning Code (January 1, 2005)
§ the implementation of the preparation of design and estimate documentation does not require the reconstruction, construction, cap. repair facility investment funds. The developer has the right to prepare the design and estimate documentation (if he wants)
§ in case that the design and estimate documentation is carried out by an individual, the customer must provide
1. urban development plan of the land plot
2. results of engineering surveys, if they are not, it is necessary to conclude an agreement on their conduct
3. TU in case the functionality of the object cannot be provided
§ DED approved by customer or investor
PD of objects is subject to examination except for:
- detached residential buildings with three floors, designed for one family
- residential buildings with the number of floors not more than 3, consisting of several blocks (houses of blocked buildings, up to 10 blocks)
- apartment buildings with the number of floors of no more than 3, consisting of one or several block sections, each of which has several apartments
- detached construction projects with the number of floors - 2, with a total area of not more than 1500 m2 and which are not intended for citizens to live and carry out production activities
- detached industrial buildings with an area of not more than 1500 m2, which are intended for industrial and agricultural activities that do not require the provision of sanitary protection zones
- for all standard projects
The term of the examination to 3 months.
The subject of state examination of PD is the assessment of the compliance of project documentation with the requirements of technical regulations, including sanitary-epidemiological, environmental requirements, requirements of state protection of cultural heritage objects, requirements of fire, industrial, nuclear, radiation and other safety, as well as the results of engineering surveys.
The documentation is transmitted in duplicate to the general contractor and two copies of each subcontractor organization in terms of their performance of work.
