Construction is also divided into:

Economic way
With the economic method (ECONOMY), an enterprise or institution, by means of its repair and construction department or hired brigades, carries out construction and installation work.
Cons: lack of permanent qualified personnel, lack of proper mechanization of work
Pros: with the same quality, the construction of the economic method is somewhat cheaper than contracting; during the work on the reconstruction of the enterprise, greater efficiency is achieved in the work due to the unified management of the workers of the main production and the remstroitsekh.
Contracting method
In the case of the contract method, the relationship between the customer and the building contractors is governed by the articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation No. 740-756 and the rules on the contract agreement for cap. building. For drawing up a draft contract, the customer submits to the general contractor a title list of the newly beginning construction, a schedule for the transfer of equipment, materials and products from the customer’s supply and a schedule for carrying out commissioning work in the event of commissioning the facility in the planned year. The contractor may be construction and installation, design and construction, and other organizations or enterprises that are members of a self-regulatory organization in the field of construction, or intermediary organizations that perform functions of work organization. By decision of the customer, the work package can be either with one organization or with several for certain types of work. The contract for construction at the expense of budgetary allocations is carried out, as a rule, on a competitive basis through contract bidding.
