General provisions. The methods that determine the various methods of organizing construction are associated with the following classification features:

· Features of the division of the general construction space into separate objects (their complexes or their parts);

· The remoteness of the constructed objects from the locations of construction enterprises;

· Degree of consistency in the performance of work.

Any rather large-scale construction, as a rule, consists of a complex of individual objects on which work cycles are performed (zero-cycle works, erection of the above-ground part, internal works, etc.). Thus, in spatial terms, construction is divided into objects, and in technology - into types of work. If construction is carried out in queues, then part of the facilities is focused on the production of finished construction products, which usually means fully completed enterprises, start-up industrial complexes, town-planning complexes and individual objects prepared either for production output (industrial facilities) or to the satisfaction of benefits ( residential buildings), or to the provision of services (hotels, shops, etc.). Another part of the objects is not finished construction products, since they have auxiliary value, for example, engineering infrastructure objects. However, in all cases, both spatially separated groups are immovable objects, and their construction requires the transfer of all types of resources, the main of which are labor, machine and material. Thus, the methods of construction are determined either by spatial isolation of individual parts of construction, or by their distance from permanent locations of resource support, or by combination of time in the performance of basic construction and installation works.
